Returns and Refunds:

We accept returns of unused merchandise within 14 days from the shipping date. Items returned outside of the 14-day return window will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Returns are only accepted for purchases made through our official e-commerce website. Merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at cs@joseeberbeauty.com and include your order number and the reason for return. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and securely packed to prevent damage. Returns that arrive damaged or incomplete cannot be accepted.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment for the product value only. Any taxes paid will be refunded where applicable. Please note that original shipping costs, duties, and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item at your own expense and place a new order for the desired product. Shipping costs for both the return and the replacement order are the responsibility of the customer.

If an exchanged item is unavailable, a refund will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that hygiene products, including hairbrushes, combs, and hair care items, cannot be returned.

Return Shipping:

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method. José Eber Beauty is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments that we did not ship ourselves. Please retain your tracking information for your records.
